I'm confused about this dosing. It appears to be MeQ based. How would a 3.95kg neonate be dosed? Thank you.

use neofax if possible best reference I know But then I am biased because I knew the doc that wrote it, before he sold if and became rich(er)
 
Indication?

Are you treating low Ca, or stabilizing the cardiac membrane from hyperkalemia or hypermag? etc
