how do u calculate the academic average?

if i got 21RC, 19QR, and 18TS, wat is my aa? i think it would be 19 but im not sure.

(qr + Rc + Bio + Gc + Oc) / 5

With those scores the AA is 19, but look at each individual score added up as in above post because the TS is rounded to the nearest whole number. Could be anywhere from 17.5 to 18.4. In either case AA comes out to 19 rounded.

so if it comes out to 19.6 would it be rounded to 20 or 19?

TS is not the average of bio + gen chem + orgo, it is your scaled score out of 100 natural science questions without regard to subject. If you have a Kaplan book, they have the scaling used in the back of the practice test section. It may also be online somewhere or in other study guides, I don't know.

ok can someone explain the RCT column, if you get 17 items correct and convert that to std score (ranging from 1-30) you get 29 for the RCT!!! that makes no sense, but that's how they explain it
