Does the science GPA include EVERYTHING math/science related, or just the pre-reqs? I'm curious as to whether or not I should worry about a bad calc II grade.

The science GPA calculated by AACOMAS does NOT include math, so your "bad calc II grade" will not affect it.

There are very specific things that are counted in your science GPA, but it's not only your pre-reqs.
