Calculating the Kd of the interaction

If 100 mM ATP is present in solution with 20 mM protein, 10% of the ATP is bound to the protein. How do you calculate the Kd of the interaction?

You may already know this method from another thread, but just in case, here is a great technique for questions like these.

You'd start by drawing the pertinent information onto a piece of paper. You would then go to your TA for the class, and ask "how to you get the Kd of interaction?"

That's a really good way to deal with homework questions, because as you probably know from the user agreement you accepted to register here, you cannot ask homework questions.
