Calculator in RC section

so i i hear that you can use a calculator for RC section. What kind of calculator do they give out? is it one of those really simple one where you can only + - x and / ? does it have logs and power button?

Its like the microsoft windows calculator. So its not scientific and cannot do logs, fractions, exponents etc. It basically can only add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Also, it doesn't function as smoothly as the windows calculator. For example, my calculator wasn't registering clicks therefore my sequence input would get screwed and I'd have to start over. I probably missed 6 problems because I relied on the calculator and when the clock continued to tick, I knew I just had to guess and move on.

BUT.. others have no issues so I guess I was unlucky that day.
