I just took the TopScore 1 DAT practice and couldnt find a calculator on the program. Is it supposed to have one like the windows cALc

I don't believe topscore provides a calculator.

On the actual exam you'll get one and yes its like the simple windows calc.

so no log or sin/cos/tan buttons

Practice using the windows calculator cuz it can be frustrating trying to use it when you are in hurry

Practice without calculator. I wouldn't recommend using it on DAT..
I have heard that it lags a lot and its just a waste of time..

Ahhhhhhhh Technology these days. Just last year we didnt have any calculators!

If you struggle with the perceptual ability subtest, make sure you get a DAT study guide with complete explanations. This will help you think like the test maker when it comes to visualizing objects.
Consider each of the 6 views for 3-d objects: top, bottom, front, back, left side, right side. Also, use your hands and your imagination to manipulate invisible objects if that helps you.

I agree the calculator is a horrible time eater. I found myself using that way too much and had about a few questions with seconds left. Talk about a scary feeling.
