Is the calculator on the real DAT similiar to Kaplan? Kaplans has the power function on their calculator so you can calculate expotentials, will the DAT have that too? Also in Kaplans calculator if you want to type in .03 you have to type in 0.3 in order to use it, is this also the same with the real DAT calculator?

(I like to use the calculator when I have big numbers to calculate and also to double check. I find the calculator really useful to use in those 12 is what percent of yadda yadda cause althought calculating by hand is not hard, it takes too much time just fyi!)

My DAT is tommorrow!!!

It's the same as the windows calculator in every way, except there's a slight bit of lag after you push each button(there's no x^y function).

Honestly it doesn't cost you that much time, but it's annoying as hell and can lead you to mistype things. Also, you have to clear it after you do each problem, even if you close the calculator and reopen your old entry will still be there.

Yeah RalphMouth is right, there is no x^y function. Though there is a square root function.

If you had practiced with CDM, you would notice nice and big calculator (at least well-visible).

Real DAT calculator seemed really small - too small that I couldn't distinguish between * and = sign. I suggest you go through to look at what is located where in the calculator during the 15minute tutorial section.
