calculus versus college math/advanced math

For those schools that require calculus specifically can college math/advance math be used to substitute calculus? Isn't it obvious that college math/advanced math contains calculus?

Wouldn't any math class taught at a college be "college math"?

So no, and no. Unless the particular college math class is calculus.
 
College level math is advanced algebra as well as statistics classes. Of which all lack any calculus.

Sorry, I got my B.S. in China. We are taught advanced math in college, which includes calculus.

Statistics uses a LOT of calculus...it is usually the (very) softcore statistics classes that do not have calculus.
