Why do some post bacc programs require you take Calculus and others do not?

Why do some post bacc programs require you take Calculus and others do not?

Probably because some med schools require it (and maybe their linkage programs require it).

calculus is also required in certain programs if their physics and or chem courses have it as a prereq. physics ii in particular would have been very, very difficult to get through without some working knowledge of calculus.

and like people said, a lot of med schools require it.
