I have couple questions regarding Ob/Gyn. Thanks in advance for helping out!

1) Anyone familiar with Kaiser Santa Clara program? Too many private attendings? Adequate teaching?
2) Does night float make a big difference in residency?
3) Recommendation for 4th year electives?
