california bench exam application

im planning to take up the bench test in august.
there is a part in the application which has to be signed by college dean,can anybody tell meif i can get a lettr from the dean or i have to send the application and get it signed.plz help me.

you have to send the forms to your university and have the dean sign on the form.

Please let me know,inthe application where it is the dean we have to send it to the dean of our college or the university.If our college does not have thedean what doI do?
