is there anybody know can a foreign dentist with MS degree
from us or canada can practice in california or not/

is that mean with MS degree from us and passing bench exam and state board whithout DDS degree from us can practice in california

If u have practised for 3 years in another state and have done a 2 year specialty, u are eligible for licensure by credentials. Go the the webiste www.dbc.ca.gov for more info. otherwise u can be eligible to work in certain conditions by 'restricted license'. I dont know the details, but u can probably get it from the CA dental board.
