Does anyone know how DO friendly each of the peds programs listed are:

UCLA
USC
Kaiser LA
CHLA
CHOC
UCI
White Memorial
UCSD
Oakland Kaiser
UCSF

I applied to all of these programs last year, as did many of my classmates. I know of DO's being accepted to USC, Kaiser LA, CHLA, CHOC, UCI, and White Mem. I know of DO's being interviewed at Kaiser Oakland. As for UCLA, UCSD, and UCSF, I haven't heard of DO's interviewing or being accepted. I do know of DO's at Stanford, MLK/ Drew, UCSF Fresno also.

Thanks for the info... any advice for the application process if I'm interested in any of these programs. Does anyone know if USMLE scores are required if I apply to these programs?

well I don't know about peds, but there is a few DO's in the UCLA family practice program. I'm also interested in getting more info about these programs. Thanks
