Hi,

Can anybody tell me what it is like setting up a practice in California.

I have been told that the market is saturated and it is very difficult to startup.
 
Well you might find the going a bit tough if you are the type who hopes to attract the Hollywood elite by setting up your practice inside a pyramid that is constructed out of natural crystal.
