Caller ID?

How many of us have caller ID in our stores? I don't at this time, but am thinking about asking corporate for it.

I don't currently have it, but at the last store I worked at, we did. My favorite was when other pharmacies would call and ask for price quotes, while acting like a customer. 😛 We would know it was them and have fun. Otherwise, it didn't affect the quality of service that much.
 
I would like it better if we could tell which calls were from prescribers and which are patients before picking up.

Both my phones - hospital & retail are answered by a machine first. There is an option for prescribers & when they choose this - the ring is different.

don't even bother...in my hospital the nurses quickly figured out the pharmacist extension and bother us for everything!
