many schools ask for a full year of inorganic chem.
i go to Cal and they only have CHem1a
I heard MCB 102 makes up for second half. but what about the lab part?

As long as you took Chem 3a and 3b along with 1a and MCB 102, you're fine.

Your GPA on the otherhand is a bit low. You'll need to bring that up any way possible.
