i have a question about housing for students at this school currently

1. which one is the best dorm room to get? i'm looking for apt style and want to live by myself. which narrows it down to studio or 1 bedroom.

2. do students stay on on campus housing for longer than just their first year?

3. how much is furniture rental? is it more worth it to buy? is the furniture they rent to u all nasty and old?

4. what is the difference btwn renovated and unrenovated rooms? which one is better (considering cost as well)

i know this is a long list of questions. and i wish i could go look at the housing myself, or wish they had showed it to us on our tour so we can decide with better knowledge.

any HELP you can give would be much appreciated

How many hours per week do you spend in lecture/lab? And the grading is HP/P/F, right?
