So it seems like dentistry puts a lot of strain on people's backs, and part of it is getting a good look at whats going on, even through loops. Has anyone tried using (a) camera(s) setup to make it so things are a little more flexible? I realize there are intraoral cameras for static pictures, but I'm curious if anyone has attempted to adapt these to the procedures recently, since tech is moving forward.

Yes there are microscopes in dentistry that are used for this purpose.

You can see more on the academy of Microscope enhanced dentistry pages.
