should i get the 8th edition or does it really matter ?

it doesn't matter, it contains all the same info anyways.

i just ordered a $3 6th edition from amazon a couple of hours ago. $7 shipping though, bleh.

I have the 6th and the 8th.

there's some changes and reorganization.

Honestly though of the updates nothing is ground breaking. Can you be asked about it sure. But its like 3 chapters or so. there's still about 49 other chapters which they can draw questions from.

if you can get it dirty cheap like 20 bucks or even free from checking it out from library why not.

Not really much change. I believe the 8th edition is missing Hox genes. That's the only major difference other than reorganization. I have too many editions.

So if i read both campbells and Cliffs AP bio and know everything, does that mean i can get a 20+ on bio section.

On Amazon, I bought the Mastering Biology for the 8th Ed for $4 plus $4 shipping.
It comes with a code for the online version of either 8th or 9th Ed (I clicked the 9th Ed) and other resources. =)
