Let's say you do a residency in something like internal med, family med, emergency medicine, or derm, can you realistically get a job working anywhere from from 0.5 to 0.75 right out of residency?

Would most hospitals/clinics want you to work full time at least the first couple of years where you build up your skills and patient base or would it be pretty easy to land part time job right away?

Med school and residency are insanely time demanding and intensive. Full-time physician work isn't that bad after doing this. You're already accustomed to it. I am already dreaming of finally getting done with work and coming home and not looking at my computer lol and im only a first year

I got three part-time jobs right out of residency, as I had to kill some time while waiting for a spouse to complete his training. It wasn't difficult, but none were in private practice.

You can but you grow a lot your first 2-3 years out of residency so it is generally ill advised. It’s better to start off full time, pay off debt, then throttle back imo. Also, a lot of part time jobs don’t offer benefits which are generally accepted to be about $50-$75 / hr depending on the job. If you’re on a 1099 though this doesn’t matter much. It all depends.
