Can a PA work in Spain?

May be relocating to Spain (Rota to be exact, which is in Southern Spain) due to being a military family. Anybody have experience working in the area as an American trained/licensed PA? Just wondering if they have PAs there, and if our license/training would transfer. Basically if it's feasible to work there. Thanks!

If you worked for the us govt it would be feasible. state dept, military, etc.

I imagine slim chance, we've looked at USAjobs. What about in the city itself? Wondering if an easy license bridge.
