Can an internship site on contingency lose accreditation?

I was wondering if internship sites which are accredited on contingency can lose their accreditation when they submit the proximal and distal data? Do they get a warning or another year to work on their data?

It’s still a fairly new label, so I don’t know if that’s been put to the test yet or not. However, if I had to go out on a limb I’d say it’s fairly unlikely to happen because they’ve met all other accreditation requirements and the data reporting part is pretty easy once you know how to do it.
