If you want to test either your own or your patient's color deficiency, I suggest you see someone that has the real deal Ishihara test plates rather than download and print.

I agree with Retinopathy that you should consult a medical professional, if you are concerned about possible color blindness in you or someone you know. However, if you are simply interested in the plates, the full set can be found on the following French site:

I don't know if they can be reliably reproduced by saving the files and printing them, though. The colors and saturations in the original plates are very specific. Even a slight deviation in either could make the plates invalid.
