Wondering if I can get any input from current dental students:

So I had my application in early and was granted an interview at MWU back in September. I'm a very modest person but felt that my interview went very well. Both of my interviewers complemented me and one even said "your having a good day."

Today I was devastated when I saw that my AADSAS status was still blank. I really want to call the admissions office but I recall that at my interview someone from admissions jokingly said that last year people who didn't get a phone call would call the admissions office stating they had a missed call and wondering if they had been accepted.

My question: based on your experience with the admissions office, do you think it would be alrigh to follow up with them. Would this agitate them? Or should I hold off? I don't want to come across as desparate but on the other hand I really want to go to MWU.

I would give it a day or two to let the chaos settle and then start inquiring, or at least that is what I plan to do

go for it! they won't mind. if you call, they will give you the low-down. i wouldnt start asking questions like "what are my chances now" and all that but they'll let you know if you're rejected or waitlisted for sure. also... important to know...there is no order to the waitlist so keep your head up! there's plenty of time to go! good luck bro!
