Can anybody rate these program minimum requirements?

Hi everybody,
There are many so called program minimum requirements sold on the internet. Can somebody on this forum review them for the benefit of others!

Some of the services I know are -

Residentscafe.com - 400 IM programs for 34.99 for one month online access?
Anybody tried this? How good are they? How do you rate it?

ImgExperts.com - 100 IM Residency Program Requirements for $49.99.
Anybody tried it? How do you rate it?

Yikes, wouldn't it be cheaper to ask the programs you're interested in?

Ofcourse you can, if you have the time and patience.
But calling 400 programs can take frustratingly long time. The busy program coordinator tries to cut you off before you ask many questions. So, for those that are in the middle of so many things, it can be of help!

Ay-yay-yay. Can't imagine it would be THAT helpful, I mean, how many programs do you need to apply to?

I applied to 40 myself, didn't need a website to help, I just picked the places I wouldn't mind going.

I would rate both quite poor since neither website seems to know very much about English spelling and grammar.
