Which of the following is not a symptom of liver disease?

B. High albumin in blood
C. dilated capillary and vein
D. Mallory bodies

The answer is D. Why?
Wikipedia says that liver disease causes low albumin manufacture. Shouldn't the answer be B.

i think da ans s D bcoz mallory bodies s a pathological feature present in chronic alcoholic hepatitis nd NOT a symptom....hope it helps
