My dad had blood work recently which showed he had high cholesterol. His family physician advised him to go on a statin. My aunt (a homeopathic medicine fanatic) showed him this article and told him to focus on limiting his caffeine intake instead:

Now he is afraid to start a statin and won't go on one.

What do I say to him??
