Can anyone log onto ERAS?

It's martin luther king jr day-- has ERAS shutdown?? For some reason I cannot log onto ERAS today and of course the help desk was not open when I closed because of the holiday. I even clicked on and chose the option of "forgot password" but an email was never sent to me even though the pop up message said it did. I'm just wondering if this is happening to anyone else today?

I can log in right now without a problem.
