can I add letters if I already submitted my app?

so I applied to a few schools, but on aamc application I only submitted my letters to 1 school. (I had 3 letters, they were from teachers and they sent to my pre-med adviser who submitted it to aamc). Anyways, I have 1 more letter from a MD I'd like to submit to all schools. How do I go about this?

Do I have him send just 1 letter to my pre-med adviser and have her upload it to every school? Or do I have him do that, and send another letter directly to the one school I already submitted letters to because I am not sure if I can submit letters twice to a school?

And, am I just signing that AAMC release form and telling him just to mail the release form and his letter? Or is there anything else I should include?

Pft it only has 76 pages, there's no way it could have useful information that pertains to my simple question.
