Can I add LORs after ERAS has been submitted?

I have three letters assigned and finalized. They are not all in yet but should be by the end of next week. I have already applied to all of the programs today.

If I get a 4th letter from the rotation I am on right now, can I add this 4th letter to each of the programs I have already applied to even though I initially designated only 3 for each program?

Yes, you can make changes to the LOR's (and personal statement) after you've submitted your application.
