Can I apply before the 15th?

Long story short I will be out of the country without internet access on the 15th. Was planning on submitting my app at midnight like my dean told me... I know programs can't download before then but can I submit it on say the 10th or 11th before I leave? Going to Africa where I might not have access to computer. Applying ENT if that matters. Thanks and gl to everyone!

I don't think it allows any submission until like, 8am on the 15th.

You'll need to find an internet cafe or something to go through and submit it.

I suppose you could also just give your log-in information to a trusted friend or family member and have them do it too, but I'm pretty sure that's also fraud and against the agreement you signed when you made the account.

Sending out apps on time isn't something to risk...don't go on the trip without making arrangements to have everything submitted or without having confirmed working internet in the region you are travelling to.
