Can I apply for advanced PGY2 Neurology spot for match 2013???

Hi,
I am an intern in IM at a univ program in midwest, I am really interested in Neurology. Can I apply and participate in the ERAS for the advanced programs in Neurology for match 2013?
Or tryin to find a vacant spot or swap with someone my only options.

The match is for 2014, PGY-2.
You should contact the programs and look for a vacant spot.
