wRVU rate for neurology in Colorado / Southwest region (hospital based employee) ? Thank you in advance.

Hoping someone who has access to MGMA data can share information regarding wRVU rate for southwest region. Thank you!
I don't know specifically about Colorado, It really depends on demand/supply in your town. Typically you can get a higher rate in a less desirable place. The range is $45-70/RVU and most people I know and most jobs I've seen are somewhere between $55-65/RVU.

Thank you for the reply. Does > 3 years work experience count towards negotiating a higher rate ?

I don't have MGMA data, but have been leading an anonymous salary sharing community project on Marit. Based on the > 100 salaries submitted for Neuro so far - here's what i see for wRVU

Min: $33
25%-ile: $53
Median: $55.5
75%-ile: $62
Max - $69

Maybe a slight positive, especially since you can demand a higher number than what you were getting before. But location and practice types are typically the biggest factor by far.
