So i have an interview in two weeks at PCO.
Is it possible to be accepted when one LOR from a professor isn't completed?
I have everything else completed though.

I would call their office to ask. Rather than phrase it as being accepted, I would ask if they make admissions decisions even if one letter is missing.

What's the reason the prof hasn't completed the letter? Once they do it, it will be available same day to the school. Any chance it will be put in within the next two weeks? It might help to tell the professor about your interview so that you can get a rush on the letter.

oh thanks, I think I will email him to send the LOR directly to the school instead of going through optomcas.

I don't think the school can accept the letter that way - I think it has to go through OptomCAS. But if he has the letter done, then can he just paste it into OptomCAS now for you? Once he does it, I think it's immediately available to the school. That's my impression at least. You could always have the prof also send a copy directly to the school as a back-up. Definitely check with their admissions office in terms of what they want you to do in this situation. That's the best guarantee that everything goes smoothly and you get a prompt acceptance 😀

I got accepted when I was missing a professor LOR. They would tell you to get the letter or whatever you are missing in by a deadline like April or June if you are accepted. Send through OptomCAS, you can still add letter even if you submitted the application.
