Is there a way I can get a list of fellowships that are scrambling without having applied through to eras?
Or should I apply to eras just to be able to access that?

No you can't.

But since the MSMP Match is next week I'm not sure you can still even register.

The data should be released sometime the week after the match, which is tomorrow. No clue what proportion will be full by then though.

Just to be clear, as it's too late to get the list -- you would need to register with NRMP, not ERAS. You could have registered with NRMP, not submitted a list (or submitted an empty list - same result), and you would have gotten the unfilled list today. Registering with ERAS would allow you to send applications to programs who, post match, want ERAS applications. Some programs might want applications by email, and then you wouldn't need an ERAS account at all.
