1st year: Supposed to know everything about basic sciences
2nd year: Supposed to know everything about basic sciences AND pathology
3rd year: Not supposed to know anything...just dont do anything bad
4th year: Supposed to know everything from basic sciences and pathology to treatments and procedures
Intern: Too tired to care what people expect of you
