I was co-author on a paper that was presented, but the presentation was in San Francisco and I was unable to attend. I don't believe the paper was ever published, as far as I know.

Can I include the presentation of my work on my AMCAS application?

Or list it as a presentation and bold your name in the author list in the amcas publications section.

You didnt make the presentation but you co-authored the material. Cite it as such "Co-authored paper that was presented at ....
. . . and be sure to give credit to the author who was the actual presenter. Research is a team sport and you want to come across as a team player by giving credit where it's due.

I would list it as an abstract and bold his/her name. Bolding or underlining under a presentation heading implies OP presented it.
