Hi there! Sorry in advance for the long post... I am currently in my second year of community college. Most of my credits are career technical since I was going to do early childhood education. Right now, I have a 3.22 GPA (one C, and the rest are A's and B's) so I definitely need to work on that. I've volunteered at 4 or 5 early childhood and nonprofit educational facilities and I've held two temporary jobs (4-9 months) and one long term job. Other than that, I don't have much volunteer or medical experience. And I haven't saved any of my LOR's from before. I've been accepted to a few state universities where I live for fall term. I plan on transferring to a university (most likely studying biology) and getting straight A's from now on, volunteering at hospitals and that kind of thing, doing research during the rest of my undergrad, and then taking 1-2 years off to build my resume before med school. My question is, do you think it would even be possible for me to make it to med school at this point? any constructive opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
