I've been to 3 mission trips during undergraduate and 2 mission trips during high school. Can I say that I also went to mission trips during high school under volunteer section in my application? I thought it would be beneficial to put it in my application because it shows consistency

I wouldn't put them on your application under the Experiences section... things done in high school are more for getting into undergrad, and things done in undergrad are for getting into dental school... However, I would perhaps talk about it in your PS with a short sentence like "Through the five mission trips I have been on in the past ___ years, I have learned/seen/experienced ..." or something similar.

Thanks so much for your prompt reply! I know that I can put as many as extracurricular activities in my application. But, how many extracurricular activities do you suggest to put? Do you only suggest to put extracurricular activities that I had leadership positions?

That would depend.

How many babies lives did you save during the 2 high school mission trip?

In all of interviews I went to, every single interviewers was fascinated with my experiences from high school that was 15 years ago.

It depends.

I think it depends. If it's something huge like a national award or something important, then you probably should. If it's something small, probably not.

I worked at target from sophomore to senior year in HS. I learned a lot working there during those two years, so I put it in my app. If the mission trips had an impact on you and you can explain it, I think you should definitely put them on your app

I know Eagle Scouts are told to put that on every application and resume for the rest of their lives so no exception here. Lol

If you have space and it's significant, go ahead and put it. If it is something you started in high school and continued in college, go ahead and put it. If you don't have space and need to decide on what to cut out, things from high school should be cut out first.

Same. I say do it. Everyone always told me not to put experiences like that, and shadowing from high school on my app. I did it anyway and schools loved that I didn't just start doing volunteering/shadowing in college, but that I had been doing it since high school.
