Can I put this as "Clinical Experience" in AMCAS?

I recently took a phlebotomy course and for completion we had to do 120 hours of clinical rotations... will this count as clinical experience even though I was still a student/trainee?

I sure put CNA clinical rotations as "clinical experience" and everything went over well. Even as a student/trainee it would still count. Put it on there and don't worry too much!

Yes. Since it wasn't a volunteer or paid position, you would list it under "Other" for AMCAS, name it something that suggests it was clinical experience like, Clinical Patient Experience Via Phlebotomy Class, or somesuch, list the course coordinator as the Contact, etc.
