Can I send an update email (showing a deferred grade I just received) to these schools?

I have completed applications at the following schools:

PennU

NYMC

Loma Linda

Central Michigan

Michigan State

Wayne

Tulane

Stony Brook

SUNY (received a "put on hold until December" message)

MCWisconsin

Rosalind Franklin

Last year, I had to defer my exam due to illness, and I received my mark only a while after I submitted my AMCAS application. My question is, should I send an update email to each of these schools with a scan of my transcript showing this new mark?

Additionally, many of the courses I planned to take this school year had changed around, but my AMCAS application that was sent to the above schools had the courses I previously planned to take. Should I send the schools an update email with a scan of my transcript showing the courses that I will actually be taking this year?

Many thanks

One grade isn't going to do anything but annoy the Admissions dean's staff.

Send them an entire semester of good grades...that will get tghier attention in a good way.

This grade actually raises my cGPA and sGPA up a bit, and I was just hoping that none of the schools would have a problem with the fact that I had not completed one of my courses before submitting the application. It's a microbiology and lab course so some schools might prefer to see that completed.

One course? OK, your GPAs go from X to Y. What are they?

Yeah you're right, it goes up by 0.002 lol. It just worries me that there is this "gap" in my coursework where the microbiology grade should be.
