Can I submit a primary DO app without an MCAT score?

I'm retaking the MCAT, but I wanted to know if I can I submit to one school, then get verified and send an updated score later? I wonder if this works the same way as AMCAS

Yes! I submitted my primary to one school yesterday, and my MCAT score comes out this Tuesday

You can definitely submit, but it doesn't give you much of a jump. AACOMAS will have a chance to verify your grades, but that doesn't take long and you'll be waiting on your MCAT score anyway.
