Can i submit AMCAS and transcript with only some of the grades from spring quar?

Hi guys, i want to submit my AMCAS early, but i know some of my classes will take a super long time to post grades (mid to end june) so i am wondering can i submit my AMCAS and send transcript with only some of my spring quarter grades posted? I know my science class will take about 2 weeks to post grade but know 2 of my other classes will post grades quickly, so can i submit AMCAS and put in the grades from the 2 classes that release grades early, and put pending for the third grade..as well as send in a transcript with 2 grades from spring quarter showing and one grade still pending?
