Can I submit my AMCAS application for verification without my MCAT score?

Sorry, I'm kind of confused about this whole application process. I wish there was a timeline or something that I can look at.

I'm trying to time my MCAT right now, while making sure I can submit my application as early as possible. I know that the later you submit your application to be verified, the longer verification takes. I also read another post saying you should apply to 1 throwaway school for verification, then add more schools after your verification is complete, if you won't have received your MCAT score yet.

So is the application that you submit to be verified your "primary" application, as described on this page: How to Apply to Medical School with AMCAS®
which includes your essays, letters of recommendation, etc. If so, will I be allowed to submit that without an MCAT score?

Also, what does it mean when it says "June 30 - Initial transmission of application data to medical schools" on page 5 of this link: https://aamc-orange.global.ssl.fast...f0-9547-00c867b9b0f4/2018_advisor_webinar.pdf

Does that mean your primary applications won't be sent out until June 30? So I could take the MCAT May 24, submit my primary without an MCAT score to a throwaway school ASAP (June 1), receive my MCAT score on June 24, by which time my primary will have been verified, then send out my primaries to more schools before June 30?

1) The application you submit for transcript verification includes your essays and grades you've transcribed from your college transcripts. LORs and MCAT score are not required for verification to proceed, but AMCAS must have already received an original transcript from your college Registrars.

2) Yes. You need to list just one med school initially. Others can be added later when your MCAT score is known.

3) Even if your application is verified earlier in June and your MCAT score is known, AMCAS won't transmit any application before June 30. If you add more schools after that date, those schools get the entire application by one business day later (but usually within hours).

N.B. The risk includes having a disappointing MCAT score that makes it unlikely you'd be accepted anywhere and having to pull your application for that entire season. And the base cost of submitting the application would be lost.
