Can I submit my application before my transcript is sent?

I went to two schools and I already sent my first school's transcript and it was "received" by AACOMAS. My second transcript has not been sent because my second school mistakingly had a hold on my account, but now have taken it off.

I completed every aspect of my primary application, except sending my second transcript. Can I pay the fees and submit my application today, and then send my transcript? In other words, do they have to receive my second transcript before I press submit, or can I submit and oay now, and THEN send the transcript?

I think you need to wait for your transcript to be received by AACOMAS and then you must enter your coursework or have AACOMAS do it by paying the fee. I might be wrong, but loooks like you're set back a few weeks. Somebody else might have a different answer.
