Hello, I am reapplying to dental schools this year and was just wondering if I could use a LOR that I had used last year. Its just that this prof sort of knew me well and would have written a good letter for me. Anybody know if this would be ok?

yes or no. It has to be submitted again. I know what you are thinking.
I wish I could have used old LORs...😍

Why not ask the prof to write another letter? If you have a copy of last year's letter and want to submit it on behalf of the prof to AADSAS, AADSAS will want to verify it by contacting the prof. Your best bet might be to get either the old prof to write a fresh LOR or to get a new prof to write a new LOR. If you photocopy the old letter and send it directly to a school, it will obviously look like a photocopy and you'll have problems. If for some reason you have a pile of originals sitting around then you've got me wondering how it happened.
