I personally find this...cringey.
If you want to say something like, "I would immediately drop all other acceptances for the opportunity to attend," that would be ok.

All you need to do is treat "zero" as "many". After all, it's not one. Then everyone can say that.

"I would immediately withdraw all my other applications" is stronger... on paper, and equally non-credible, just like every other LOI.
