Last time I checked Ali has some pugilistic dementia. So Tyson definetly could take that guy, unless it's a drooling/blinking match... then Terri Schiavo could take them both (well at least Tyson). But don't take my word for it:

Tyson was utterly dominant in his prime, but we forget that he never had much in the way of real competition. Tyson wins out in terms of raw brute force, but was a much more one-dimensional fighter than Ali and didn't have the same staying power. I'd give it to Ali by decision.
