Can Programs See That a Personal Statement was Updated After Certification but Before They're Sent Out?

Let's say if I submit and certify with the generic personal statement soon just to be safe in case ERAS crashes, and then slowly update the personal statements to my top programs until they are released, do the programs see anything like "edited at x"?

Sort of. We can see a "received date" and a "last updated date". So we can tell that you have changed it. But we can't see the old version (unless it was saved prior to your edits)

But I highly doubt anyone is looking at this.
