Can secondaries have unrelated paragraphs?

Hey all, i was just curious for secondaries that ask things like "Is there anything else you want to tell us?" Is it okay to make like one paragraph about your experiences and language acquisition from countries abroad, and the second paragraph addressing discrepancies in your academic record such as W's and explaining rough years?

You might number the paragraphs. Then it won't appear like one essay, but rather two answers to the question. Then it won't matter that they're not related.
